At Cornerstone, we must respond promptly to issues and incidents concerning our sites and your property. Cornerstone has a 24-hour service desk which you can call should you have an issue regarding the telecoms equipment.
On calling, please choose option 1, and you will connect to our partnering service Mitie. Please provide the operator with as much detail as possible.
Cornerstone operates a business continuity management system compliant with ISO 22301 and assessed by BSI. If a major event or issue is raised, Cornerstone will inform its Incident Management Team, led by our Chief Financial Officer. They will bring the situation under control and back to a satisfactory state.
